If you are anything like me a few years ago, you are probably wondering... That sounds great but where do I begin...

Here is how it all started for me. As an accountant and later IT consultant I knew how numbers and systems work. However, after 20 years in business, I still could not find the logic in how 'people work.' I kept looking for new tools and strategies around technical skills because it was easy(er).

As Simon Sinek says, "If you do not understand people, you do not understand business." Eventually, I had to admit to myself that I needed that missing piece, 

and the best place to start was... myself.

I spent years learning from the best, studying human behaviour, evidence-based coaching theory and tools, and tested them on myself. My own transformation has been phenomenal so even my son says, "This is not the mum I know." I knew I had to share this with more people so they discover their leadership potential. And that's exactly what I offer to my clients.
